2024 Canada Lobby Day & Canada Advisory Committee Meeting
FIA Canada Lobby Day will take place May 22-23, 2024 in Ottawa, Canada. In addition, on May 22, 2024, the Canada Advisory Committee will meet to discuss barriers to the industry and opportunities where the government can help. Following the committee meeting, Canada Lobby Day attendees will meet with Parliament to educate and address issues facing the industry. We are excited to spread our advocacy efforts throughout North America.

  • We need your assistance to make unfair trade and labor shortage visible and work with lawmakers on solutions.
  • EVERY SINGLE MEMBER VOICE MATTERS! Lobby Day is critical for establishing contact with lawmakers to get them to visit our plants and get more invested in our success and survival.

In partnership with FIA's Canadian lobby firm (Global Public Affairs), we will be organizing meetings with key members of the House of Commons, Senate and Ministries including defense. This partnership facilitates the forging industry to help increase its influence among Canadian lawmakers and key Ministries..

Cancellations will be permitted until May 8, 2024 and will be refunded in full. After May 8, 2024 no refunds will be given, bust substitutions are allowed if submitted to FIA in writing.
