Conducted yearly, this survey covers both supervisory and 31 management job descriptions. Wage and benefit information is reported by geographic and company sales classification.

Marketing Benchmarking Survey Report (Triennial)

A measure for comparing your forging sales operations with similar FIA member companies in North America. Rejection rates, inventory turns, on-time delivery, receivable turns and quoting success rates are some of the benchmarks included.

Occupational Injury & Illness Report (Annual)

Based on OSHA 300 log data, this yearly survey breaks forging industry injury and illness data into four comparative size groups (based on number of employees). Format includes average OSHA recordable frequency rate, incidence and severity rates, restricted duty days, and more.
