Our FIA Member-Get-A-Member Referral Program is the ideal opportunity to let your forging industry peers know all about the educational opportunities, news, networking, and resources that FIA membership provides.

The Member-Get-A-Member Referral Program gives you an opportunity to reach out to others in our industry that could benefit from an FIA Membership. Refer them and upon qualification, earn some cool FIA swag!

• 2 referrals – FIA Jacket
• 3 or more referrals in a calendar year – two complimentary registrations to the FIA Annual Meeting of Members.
All members who successfully secure a new member will also be recognized and thanked on FIA social media.

How Current FIA Members Can Participate:
Refer an Industry Contact: Send your forging industry contacts (referrals) to Tricia Abruzzino at tricia@forging.org. Tricia will set up a call with the prospect and determine next steps. 
Make Personal Contact: Contact your peers and share why you are a FIA member and your experience with all the benefits of membership. To make it as easy as possible, you can simply copy the linked message under Recruitment Tools, (below) and send it from your personal email.

• Use the FIA website as an informational guide or a reference for sharing member benefits.
• Explain how FIA membership helps you solve problems; Ask prospective members what they need to do better at their organizations.
