Topics may include using AI to support quoting and estimating, summarizing technical documents, assisting with training and onboarding, streamlining reporting, and improving internal communication. The format is interactive, so the content will focus on what matters most to attendees.

Participants are encouraged to bring specific challenges, examples, or "can AI help with this?" ideas. The goal is to leave with clear, practical ways to use tools like Chat GPT and Copilot that respect data security concerns and fit within existing processes, rather than adding more complexity.

Spencer X. Smith:

After starting his career at IBM during the Y2K days, Spencer X. Smith has always been an early adopter of new technology so he can better teach others what he's learned. He's giver over 400 in-person speeches, including presentations at the New York Stock Exchange, Gillette Stadium in Boston, and the Superdome in New Orleans.

Spencer consults on AI emerging technologies for the world's largest bond manager (PIMCO) and the world's largest law firm (DLA Piper).

He's a graduate of the Economics of Blockchain & Digital Assets program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
