Booth Pricing:

A 25% deposit is required in order to secure your booth. No registration is confirmed until payment is received. 

Cancellation
If FIA cancels Forge Fair 2025, FIA will refund to attendee their registration fees.  If attendee cancels their registration, no refund will be provided by FIA. Individual substitutions only and must be submitted in writing by April 24, 2025.

Who Can Exhibit?
• Forging Industry Suppliers: Suppliers of equipment, materials and services to the forging industry (FIA Members and Non-Members). 
• Forging Producers: Producers of Forgings (FIA Members Only) 

Exhibitors from Outside the U.S.A.
• All fees must be paid in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor. 
• Exhibitor presentations must be made in English with all supporting materials (audiovisual and handouts) also in English.
• Interpretation services are not available.

No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
