Children at Receptions: $125 per child/per night
The meeting registration fee includes meeting materials, admittance to the general session, meals and receptions. Hotel room fees are not included in the meeting registration fee. Attendees must pay the total registration fee, whether they will be attending the full meeting or a portion thereof. The fee must be paid in advance of the meeting. Spouse/Guest refers to a marital spouse or significant life partner. It does not allow for a colleague to attend at that rate. Next Gen registration is for those 35 and under. Attendees and their guests must pre-register for the golf outing and optional tours. These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there are limited spots available. Children attending the receptions must pay an additional fee.

Friday, May 1, 2026
• Optional Plant Tour - Valley Forge & Bolt: N/C*
* Valley Forge & Bolt will have the opportunity to review the list of attendees prior to the event. If the company decides that someone on the list is not permitted to tour, the facility will inform FIA. The FIA staff will then contact the attendee to let them know that they may not attend the tour. Transportation will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be permitted until April 15, 2026 and will be refunded in full. After April 15, 2026 no refunds will be given, but substitutions are permitted if submitted to the FIA in writing.

No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
