    On Feb. 9, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a “stay” for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) “Clean Power Plan” rule regulating greenhouse gas emissions from new and existing coal-fired power plants. This means that EPA can do nothing to implement the regulations until all the litigation brought against it by states and business organizations is decided.
