FIERF Professor Named ASM Fellow

Our congratulations to Dr. Chet Van Tyne, FIERF Professor at Colorado School of Mines upon his recent election as a member of ASM 2015 Class of Fellows!  This honor is in recognition of "significant contributions to understanding effects of processing and microstructure on the plastic deformation behavior of steels and nickel-based alloys in metal forming manufacturing processes."
 
Chet is a great friend and tireless supporter of FIA, FIERF and the industry as a whole.  Congratulations, Chet!
