The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE) has updated its Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations to promote continuity and consistency among U.S. exhibitions and events. The 2019 edition is a resource for exhibitions and events organizers to use in creating consistent and fair exhibiting standards for their events. It is the model for most domestic exhibitions and events and therefore recommended that exhibitions and events organizers include a copy in the exhibition or event prospectus and/or exhibitor rules and regulations.
The Forging Industry Association has specified guidelines for exhibitors. This includes information on exhibitor services, booth set-up, contract, security and shipping.
Badges at events act as a form of identification and most importantly, electronic business cards. In an effort to streamline session attendance tracking & exhibitor lead capture show managers incorporate QR barcodes fully encoded with attendee contact info as well as important demographic data allowing the exhibitors to easily qualify and follow up.
Exhibitor services, including utilities, furniture, shipping/material handling, and carpet will be provided by FERN Exhibitor Services. All registered exhibitors should have received an email with a link to the OneView exhibitor services website. If you did not receive an email with a link to this website, please contact email@example.com.
