Thursday, May 25, 2023 is Forge Fair Career Day. Students and Educators can register for the Discounted Academic Rate of $50 and explore the forging industry, learn about co-ops and internships, and meet with potential employers. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes with them to hand out to potential employers during their time at the show. FIA will provide a list of students with contact information to all FIA Member exhibitors following the event.
Please note: This is a one-day pass only for Thursday, May 25. If you are interested in attending the full trade show, you must register at the regular attendee rate. This pass is for students and educators only. You must be enrolled or employed at a technical school, college or university.

Meet & Greet with Ben Abbott from “Forged in Fire”

Students and professors are invited to gather at the FIA & FIERF booth (#219) to see the forging competition entries, engage with the other students and academic participants, and meet potential future employers. Plus! Special meet and greet with Forged in Fire’s Ben Abbott. Need a professional headshot? FIA will be offering photo sessions for students to use on their LinkedIn and resumes.

Students and Educators, join us for the first ever FIERF Forging Competition for a hands on opportunity to learn more about forging! Each team will forge (2) tuning forks to an assigned frequency.
