Applications for the Charles W. Finkl and Forging Industry Women’s Scholarships are now being accepted! Applicants with a connection to the forging industry are given first consideration, so please pass this information along to your employees, summer interns and co-op students. All materials must be received by April 15, 2019. Scholarship recipients will be announced in June.
Charles W. Finkl Scholarships are awarded to incoming juniors and seniors majoring in metallurgical materials or chemical, computer, electrical and industrial engineering at an accredited four-year college or university. Scholarships of $2,000 are awarded to students in their junior year and an additional $2,000 is given in the senior year, if students remain eligible.
Forging Industry Women’s Scholarships of up to $5,000 are awarded to graduate and undergraduate women who attend a two-year college or four-year university and major in the fields of engineering, business or a comparable area of study.
