HURRY! Enter data by February 28 to be eligible for FIA Safety Awards
The FIA Occupational Injury & Illness Survey for 2018 data is open. You may enter your 2018 data using the FIA dynamic benchmarking platform. By taking 10 minutes to enter your OSHA 300 log information, you can access industry specific data, become eligible for the annual FIA Safety Awards, and create custom reports to meet your facility’s needs. Multiyear participants can use the platform to compare yearly results at their facilities.
To access the survey, visit www.forging.org/benchmarking and select “Data Collection & Reports” under the FIA Injury & Illness Report heading. Then, sign in using your FIA website login credentials. Additional instructions about data entry and the dynamic benchmarking platform are available in the FIA Benchmarking Quick Start Guide.
Participants must complete at least 50 percent of each survey section in order to access results. To be eligible for an FIA Safety Award, you must enter your data by February 28, 2019. The Safety Awards will be presented during the FIA Annual Meeting of Members, taking place from April 27-29 in Tucson, Arizona.
