FIA is now accepting applications for its third series of Management Development Institute (MDI) sessions. The MDI program helps middle managers learn practical skills and strategies ranging from time and financial management to delegation, communication, and negotiation.
MDI participants in 2017 will attend three sessions in Cleveland: July 30–August 1, October 1–3 and December 3–5, 2017. Each session includes discussions, activities and case studies to support three topics important to today's forging managers. The topics that will be covered during the 2017 MDI course are:
