FIA Fall Meeting of Members

Event Date: Monday, September 25, 2023 to Wednesday, September 27, 2023

Join us September 25-27, 2023 for the 2023 Fall Meeting of Members at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, TN. This year’s program includes topics such as reshoring/onshoring, raw materials market, cybersecurity, appropriations, Mexico and South American forging markets, leadership and more.

The meeting will also include a reception and dinner at Ole Red in Downtown Nashville, and a raffle for the ForgingPAC. The Fall Meeting is an event you won't want to miss!

Registration Fees:

• Executive Registration: $2,000
• Next Gen (under 35): $1,000 (50% Discount)
• Spouse Meals/Reception: $250 each (Opening and Evening)

Next Gen Leadership Development & Retention

We encourage our Next Gen members (under 35) to participate in this year’s Fall Meeting. FIA is offering a 50% discount for Next Gen members to register. This is a great opportunity for those early in their careers to learn from and connect with industry leaders. FIA Member employers should consider sending their high-performing employees to this event as an opportunity to foster goodwill, encourage retention and help develop their leadership skills.

Next Gen Activities: (Must pre-register)

• CEO & Next Gen Mixer: On September 26 at 4:30 p.m. - Next Gens and C-Level Execs will engage with each other over cocktails and ice breaker activities. FIA Consultant, and MDI facilitator, Forrest Large will lead the group in the activities.

• Next Gen Party Wagon: On September 26, following the Evening Reception, Next Gens are invited to join for drinks and a tractor ride through downtown Nashville. Registration for this activity is $50. Participants must register in advance. No registrations will be taken on-site.

Hotel Accommodations

FIA has arranged a discounted room rate of $229/night for Fall Meeting Attendees.

To make your reservation online, click the red button below. You can also make your reservation by calling 800-228-9290 and mention the Forging Industry Association, along with the dates of your check-in and check-out.

The deadline to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Friday, September 1, 2023. FIA cannot guarantee discounted room rates after this date. 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be permitted until September 11, 2023 and will be refunded in full. After September 11, 2023 no refunds will be given, but substitutions are allowed if submitted to the FIA in writing.

Please Note:
No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
