Booth Registration: FIA is currently conducting the Forge Fair booth assignment process in accordance with a points system approved by the FIA Board of Directors. This points system ranks all Forge Fair exhibitors based on prior Forge Fair booth sizes, sponsorship investment and presentation participation, as well as Board and committee participation. Once we are through this process, booth registration will open up to the industry at-large. Attendees represent custom, captive and catalog forging companies involved in a range of forging processes and materials, including:

  • Impression die forging
  • Upset forging
  • Open die forging
  • Seamless rolled ring forging
  • Hot, warm and cold forging
  • P/M forging and extrusion
  • Ferrous, nonferrous and high-temperature materials
  • Conventional, precision and net shape production


Each booth includes a listing in the Forge Fair 2023 online directory and floor plan, a listing in the onsite show guide, the opportunity to participate in the exhibitor presentation program (see below) and carpet.

Exhibitor Presentations

All Forge Fair 2023 exhibitors are eligible to discuss their featured products, technologies and services as part of the exhibitor presentation program. The 25-minute exhibitor presentations are held in meeting rooms within the Huntington Convention Center. Presentation slots are available for Forge Fair 2023 on a first-come, first-served basis. Handouts or technical papers are encouraged. To host a presentation, simply check the exhibitor presentation box on the exhibitor registration form. Paper titles, abstracts and speaker biographies must be submitted to FIA by January 16, 2023.

Booth Personnel

Forge Fair 2023 exhibitors are required to register and pay for all booth personnel separately from the booth price. Personnel must register at the regular attendee rate below.                     

  • FIA member three-day pass: $250
  • FIA member single-day pass: $150
  • Non-member three-day pass: $300
  • Non-member single-day pass: $180

Exhibitors from Outside the U.S.A.

  • All fees must be paid in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • Exhibitor presentations must be made in English with all supporting materials (audiovisual and handouts) also in English.
  • Interpretation services are not available.


If FIA cancels Forge Fair 2023, FIA will refund to attendee their registration fees.  If attendee cancels their registration, no refund will be provided by FIA. Individual substitutions only and must be submitted in writing by April 24, 2023.
