FIERF Forging Achievement Awards

The purpose of the FIERF Forging Achievement Award program is to encourage student interest in forging processes and the forging industry. Participants are required to complete a paper that documents the findings of their research with the hope that these findings will have hold value to the forging industry at large. The award provides up to $2000 to students and up to $1000 to sponsoring faculty members.
